Brief:

The clients wanted the front garden with a sense of arrival and they needed a creative solution to the challenging changes of ground level and the spatial arragement. A parking space for their car with the separated pedestrian access to the property and space reserved for bins were also requested.

Design Solution:

To convert the existing garage to a room and create a parking space on the same level as the road. The stairs were proposed for pedestrian access to the property and planters to separate the parking place from the stairs.
